Anxiety, stress, exhaustion, depression, trauma, and so on, are more and more prevalent. Ollin’s classes are meant to give students a moment of deep rest and tools to help them stay grounded and inspired. Lilia Ollin believes cultivating physical/mental disciplines is essential to a person’s mental and emotional well-being for unless people take care of themselves, they cannot take care of anybody else.

Studies show that conscious movement, breath awareness and deep restoration can help us heal as we find some peace in a turbulent world. Through conscious, skillful movement we learn to be fully present, cultivate self-love and compassion. Understanding our bodies and cultivating strength and self-compassion can help us live in our bodies with more ease, confidence and joy. Connection with ourselves means connection with Mother Earth. These practices have proven to be an effective way to reclaim our power and trust in choices and our life’s path. We all deserve to heal because healing is everybody’s birthright.
