Gentle Yoga -Deep Restoration
In this class we practice simple breath techniques to help us calm anxiety as we balance the nervous system. We move gently through poses that help us find our ground, release stress and body aches. We finish in deep restoration, using props to support our bodies. At times, we may use herbs for self-limpias, or energetic cleansing, to help us stay connected to Mother Earth.
