Welcome to My Wellness Page
It is my pleasure to introduce myself as a Health & Wellness coach.
After a seven-month commitment and intense studies and practices, In June, 2026, I received my certificate as a Health & Wellness Coach from Mind Body Green. However, my Wellness journey started fifteen years ago, when I began my yoga studies. As I practiced conscious movement, I studied body anatomy, the impact of trauma in our bodies, the importance of nutrition, rest and disciplines. This led me to understand and listen to my body in deeper ways, with more loving awareness, recognizing how trauma lived in my body and the layers that inhibited full growth and inner peace.
Healing this disconnection of mind, body, heart, has been an arduous endeavor. It is a journey that is not linear and it becomes a life-time commitment. However, I can now say that I have achieved a deeper compassion and awareness of the decisions that may cause suffering and, therefore, I know better the practices and disciplines I can’t do without. As I recognize my shortcomings, I also recognize my strengths. I increasingly cultivate values and the amazing tools that have saved me over and over. To be well, one needs a path of disciplines, committed to self, to honor one self and to remember.
To care for ourselves is not a selfish act; it is an act of self-preservation and profound love. To be well in a society with much suffering and great challenges means to be well for society and become a beacon of light.

HEALTH & WELLNESS
Caring about our well-being requires so much courage and commitment. To be committed to our wellness, mental, physical and emotional, is to embark on a life-long noble journey of constant discoveries and challenges, but it is also about discovering our beauty and strengths and our capacity to enjoy life at its fullest. Our bodies are forever changing vessels and every day is an adventure where we notice how we are doing. We may and may not be aware of it, but these feelings, moods, and so on, dictate how we show up in the world and to ourselves.
Through your wellness journey, you will discover that wellness is not just the absence of disease. Health and wellness involve far more than this. To be well, we must include all aspects of our being: physical, psychological, spiritual, emotional and social. Therefore, our self-care practices must be multidimensional and as such, our personal care requires a holistic approach.
As a Wellness Coach, I consider the socioeconomic and cultural parameters of people, recognizing the multiple dimensions of one’s health, being sensitive to people’s history, ethnicity, life and work situations, and so forth.
I partner with clients seeking to enhance their well-being through self-directed, lasting changes that are aligned with their values. I believe in people’s great capacity for change and honor the fact that each client has strengths and is an expert on their own life. At times, all we need is someone to listen and help us discover that power.
