AT OLLIN WELLNESS & CULTURE, we are committed to the wellbeing of every person because we believe healing is everybody’s birthright.  We encourage mujeres to join our wellness workshops and retiros with the objective to rest and digest and find ease in their lives.  Today’s society poses great challenges for women; from being mothers, entrepreneurs, healers, teachers, academic people, etc., women’s level of stress is the highest.  In a Gender and Stress research in 2010, it was reported that “women are more likely than men (28 percent vs. 20 percent) to report having a great deal of stress”.  As societal challenges and demands increase, so has our stress level and trauma.  If we put stress and trauma, together, we are risking not only developing a physical illness, but also a mental/emotional imbalance.

EN OLLIN BIENESTAR & CULTURA, estamos comprometidos con el bienestar de cada persona porque la sanación es derecho de tod@s.  Motivamos a las mujeres a que nos acompañen a nuestros talleres y retiros con el objetivo de descansar y encontrar paz en sus vidas. 

OUR RETREATS in Malinalco (at times other parts of Mexico) take people into a complete wellness and cultural journey.   We offer ancient Mexican practices such as Cacao workshops, Temazcal, Arts & Crafts, handcrafted Mezcal tours, Rebozos de telar (shawls made on the loom) tours, inspiring walks and hikes, museums and archeological sites visits, and more.  It is all done with the intention to heal body and soul. 

We work with experienced Curander@s, artist, historians, cooks, and farmers. Our work intends to benefit all beings.  20% of our income goes to support farming projects and abandones cats and dogs in central Mexico.  Our goal is to have in 2023  a communal organic farm.  We are working with farmers, students, and advisers to make this project a reality.  

In everything we do, we take into account our impact on the earth and the next seven generations.

EN CADA RETIRO trabajamos con Curander@s, artistas, campesinos, y maestros locales, hombres y mujeres, con la intention de beneficiar la economía de la gente local.  20% de nuestros ingresos intenta beneficiar a la production agrícola y apoyo a centro de gatos y perros abandonados.  Nuestra meta es tener nuestro propio cultivo orgánico en 2023 para beneficio de todos los que lo trabajan.  En cada paso que damos, tomamos en cuenta nuestro impacto en nuestra Madre Tierra y las próximas siete generaciones.
