PAYMENT, DEPOSIT, AND CANCELATION POLICY 
 
 
Deposits and Payments:
 
All fees are payable in U.S. currency (Please ask if you would like to pay in Mexican pesos). You may pay via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Direct Transfer, or Bank deposit.
 
Deposits for Retreats and/or Educational Programs
 
We require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total reservation balance to hold your space. The full payment of your total balance is due 10 days before your arrival date. You will receive an email confirming the final payment. 
 
Payment for Healing Arts Sessions:
 
To reserve a massage or other healing arts session, full payment is required at the time of booking. 
 
Reduced Rates, Discounts and Scholarships
 
Casa XiMALI offers 20% to 25%  scholarships, with work trade. We offer some full scholarships a year also with work trade.  We encourage students, women, single mothers, and people of color to apply for these scholarships.
 
Change / Cancellation Policy
 
A fee applies to all reservations if you choose to change or cancel.
 
If you reschedule or change your reservation:
  • 30 or more days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a $75 change fee.
  • 15 to 29 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a Cancel fee of 15% of the reservation total.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a Cancel fee of 30% of the reservation total.
  • Less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire reservation total and no refund will be provided. 
If we have to cancel a Retreat or Program:
  • You may receive a full refund.
  • Subject to availability, you may get credit for another Retreat / Program.
  • You may come to Casa XiMALI, anyway, and enjoy our beautiful home, food, town, and all the sightseeing around Malinalco. Guides will be provided.
