HEAL-REST- DIGEST- STRENGTHEN in Sonoma, CA, The Wine Country!
A retreat for every body. PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE (women of color are encouraged to apply)
Time has come to pay attention to what our heart really needs. What do you want to leave behind? What is of utmost importance to you in this very moment?
Come and join us in community. Retreats are a great way to go deep into a healing practice as we explore our inner body and our connection to Source. Over the weekend, we will explore the wonders of Mother Earth, practice meditation and mindful yoga, do herbal walks, ending the day with a deeply restorative practice accompanied by the power of Sound Healing.
We will learn about our own beauty, the power of nature and the blessings the earth bestows upon us each day.
Coming back to the earth is coming back to our own selves. Nature has a way to help us deeply ground. As we ground, our mind awakens, our emotions balance, and we are able to live a life as we were meant to: with much wisdom and joy.
This retreat will be about re-connection with our own selves and about reclaiming what has been lost. The more we connect with what is organic to us, the more we are able to embody our physical being and feel more at home and at peace.
We will be guided by great teachers including Atava Garcia-Sweicicki, founder of Ancestral Apothecary, and Erin Raber, on Sound Healing. They bring with them their healing energy, their love, experience, wisdom, and deep knowledge.
This experience will change the way you see nature, the way you look at, feel and sense your body, and the way you connect to others. Expect to be uplifted, deeply relaxed, and with more unity of mind, body and spirit.
